Comments: My good firend, Mr. Bell recently sent me a couple packages. In one of them was a DVD entitled Starbirds, which was in fact a repackaging of the Japanese cartoon series Tôshô Daimos. Two things struck me as I watched this thing: 1. There were no birds in it. Granted there were angelic aliens, but nothing came up that anyone called a "starbird"; and 2. The giant robot Daimos had weapons everywhere on his body and at one time shot rockets from his hips, or as I now say, rockets from his pockets! Sure, it could have been naughtier, but it is still a strange place to shoot missles from.
