Comments: I finally got my paws on an archive of the first run of the classic Doom Patrol comics. The series featured a group of tragic figures, what some might call "freaks", who used their strange abilities for the good of mankind. The material might seem so cutting edge now, but when the series debuted, characters with that much pathos and dimension were rare. I usually try to avoid doing too much "fan boy" art in this drawing series, but the charcters had been in my mind lately as I read the stories, and there are certain quality to those books that I've been trying to work into some new comic ideas I've been working on recently.
Status: Safely stored away in the Nerfect Worldwide North American Archives.
