I thought I'd try something different this time, so I'm writing this from the moon. Yes, I know what this sounds like. A lie, but I'd like to refer to it as a story. I hope it is never said that I didn't want to entertain my audience.
Well audience, first off, I'd like to inform you that my drawing series, 4x6x366 '08 has been updated. I've managed to generate a new work of art everyday since last Wednesday and have posted them here on the website for your entertainment. The freshest drawings can be observed, starting with this one.
Also for your amusement, I have updated the Picture of The Week and Link of The Week. Please do amuse yourself with all these features at your leisure.
Before I split, I'd also like to help spread the word about A Very Fine Adventure, the latest offering from Twink. Mr. Langlie, the genius behind Twink rocks toy pianos like nothing you've ever heard. I've been a big fan of his previous releases and eagerly await my copy of the new disc of compactness.
That is it from this time around. Farewell from the moon.
06 | 11 | 08 > IT'S ONE IN THE MORNING. DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR UPDATES ARE?
They're right here of course! As I type this, the clock is creeping towards one thirty, and I'm pretty worn out. It was a heck of a day at work, a good thirteen hours, so please forgive me if I'm not as witty as usual.
As you might notice from the above graphic, we have a new sticker out. It's called Nice Trick and you really need one a few, so please go check it out.
I also have a new batch of 4x6x366 '08 drawings for you. Click here to see the first of the new batch and move on from there.
The Picture of The Week and Link of The Week have also been updated, so enjoy those features at your own pace. When you have the chance.
Well, that is it for now. I'm pretty sore and sleepy, so I'm going to go crash now. Be seeing you.
06 | 11 | 08 > LOOK AT ME! I'M UPDATING!
Well, here we are again. It's time for the weekly updates to the ol' Nerfect website.
Speaking of time, it sure has been flying by for me lately, and it seems like I can barely keep up. There is a stack of things I really want to work on, but I just can't seem to squeeze enough time out of the day to make them happen. Sleep has become more and more elusive these past few months.
Anyway, as I was originally saying, it is update time again. Starting off, as usual, with my 4x6x366 '08 series of drawings. Every day of the year I draw a new piece and every week at this time I post the results of my artistic efforts. The most recent additions can be viewed, starting with this one right here.
I've also updated the Picture of The Week and Link of The Week just for you. I hope you like them.
For those of you regular visitors who've been wondering about the t-shirts I had run for the Constructor Craft Fair a while back, and were wondering when these designs might show up here? Well, I apologize for the delay, and am doing my best to not only post pictures of them, but to make them available for sale here. Constructor went really well for the t-shirts and we have very few shirts left, and I want to make sure I have a nice size supply of them to meet the demand when I do get them up here. I will keep you all posted.
Well, that is it for now. I need to get back to my eternal struggle, work or sleep. I might try sleep this evening. See you next week. Keep it Nerfect.
06 | 04 | 08 > SOAKING WET WITH UPDATES
Walking in the rain without an umbrella is a pretty humbling experience. I found myself trying my best to manage through a downpour Tuesday during my lunch hour. You scurry from one awning to the next with your head tucked into your chest for a while, and then you realize that you're just going to be soaked and there is no way to avoid it. In a way, when you come to be somewhat fine with it, you feel a bit more alive and connected to nature. It's a bit easy to be disconnected from nature when you live and work in a city. Getting caught in the rain reminds you of your place in the greater experience.
I'm much dryer now and here to tell you what is new on the ol' website here. Like every week, I have a set of new drawings from my 4x6x366 '08 series to share with you. You can see the latest of my daily drawings starting with this one right here.
The Picture of The Week and Link of The Week features have also been updated for your enjoyment, so go check them out when you have time.
Before I sign off, I want to congratulate the Bad Spock Drawings blog, which I occasionally contribute to, on being up and running for a year now. If you haven't checked it out... Heck, if you haven't contributed to it yourself, then you really need to get it together and check it out.
Well, that is it for me this week. See you next time.
