08 | 28 | 09 > I REALLY SHOULD BE PUTTING THINGS ON SHELVES

This past week I began the process of remodeling the last section of studio space in my basement, and over the weekend, lots of painting was done as well as shelves have been put up. The work is not done by a long shot, but because of the mass of items in this archive room, the job has to be done carefully and in small bursts.

Remodeling and designing for efficient use of space is a thing you have to be really motivated to keep going with. I should be in that room putting things on shelves, but I just had to take the time to wrap up this week's updates.

As usual, I have a whole new collection of drawings to add to my 4x6x365 '09 series. They are a nice little group, if I may say so, and you can see them beginning with this beauty.

I've also updated the Picture of The Week and Link of The Week. You can get a small peek at my renovations via this week's picture.

08 | 19 | 09 > WE'VE GOT TO MAKE ROOM FOR ALL THE 2010 MODELS!

I've started the last big push in remodeling the last corner of the studio, and I find myself with too many paintings, drawings and the like. As must as I would love to keep them all, I really need to make some room for the new work that I'm doing these days. Thus, I have placed a nice sampling of work up on Etsy, so go check them out. Here is your chance to own a Mr. Walters original.

08 | 05 | 09 > IF ONLY I HAD MORE TIME

I've gone through various phases since returning from Comic Con in San Diego. After being there surrounded by so much creativity and having my modest assortment of merchandise do rather well, I'm itching to get deep into some new projects. It's a bit hard to plan my creative attack plans right now, being all wound up as I am. I need a little more time to mellow out and figure things out.

If you're thinking I'm taking time off from this site, think again! I always seem to be able to make time for the weekly updates, so let's get down to it.

As is the custom, I'd like to start with my 4x6x365 '09 series of daily drawings. I've posted a new group of them, and you can see the first of the new set right here.
