09 | 25 | 06 > THIS IS MY WEBSITE AND IT FREAKS ME OUT!

Greetings and welcome to Nerfect.com. My name is Mr. Walters and I'll be your guide to all the new goings-on here on the site, and in a way, my life. This have been pretty busy around the lair and they will only be getting busier over the next couple weeks. Please keep stopping by for weekly updates on all the hot Nerfect action!

I've appended my Painted Miscellanea section with a couple new items. One is a sneak peek of a piece I did for the upcoming Blankd.com show. The other is an example of my usual brand of doodling hijinks. I'm working on a few other things in my studio, but the time to actually work on them has been pretty scarce lately. It seems like it has been a lot easier to do my daily drawings (4x6x365 '06) than larger, more involved works. Hopefully I can jump back on them soon.

Speaking of my 4x6x365 '06 series, the work keeps moving on that particular project. A new batch of drawings has been added to this site for your inspection. Help yourself to a peek of the past week's worth of effort right here.

I've also updated the Link of The Week and Picture of The Week just for you. Yes, that is right, it is just one of those special little things I do to show you how much I care.

Aside from the updates, I must tell you that the new Diabolical Hot Dog stickers have made their way to Fly-Bird this past weekend, so if you'll be in Oak Park, Illinois soon, make sure to stop by the epicenter of cool and pick some up. I'd like to take this time to throw out an extra large shout out to the gang at Fly-Bird, you kids are awesometastic and obviously have great taste! Keep on rockin'!

By the way, if anyone out there knows of a retail outlet that is in desperate need of quality, Nerfect brand goods, please drop us a line and let us know about it. We have to get the Nerfect message out there to the masses people!

Finally, before I sign off, I'd like to mention that I got my super cool envelope full of stickers from Sticker Traders. Though of you out there who dig stickers and make them might want to go check the Sticker Trader site out. Basically you send them some of your stickers and you get an assortment back in exchange. They range from one-of-a-kind hand-drawn numbers to mass-produced vinyl stickers. It was a pretty cool experience for me and I might do it again.

| 18 | 06 > TONGUE ALERT LEVEL RAISED TO ORANGE (HIGH)

Attention! Attention! I have bitten my tongue! Sunday, while dinning with Mrs. Walters, I really chomped down on the old fellow really bad. I'm fine now, but there was a time where I couldn't drink or eat anything because it would aggravate the open wound.

The whole experience proved something. It proved that defenders of the idea of intelligent design have never bitten their tongues. Seriously, who in their right minds would put such a sensitive, easily-damaged piece of equipment in the same space as a bunch of teeth and a set of powerful jaws? I have a hard time believing that a loving divine being wouldn't want me to finish my sandwich or at least drink the rest of my soda.

In other Mr. Walters news, work continues on the 4x6x365 '06 series. This week I was once again successful in completing a drawing a day. The public is welcome to view the results of the past week's labors by clicking here.

Officials confirm that I have also been able to update the Link of The Week and Picture of The Week. For details of further Nerfect developments, keep your browser tuned to this website.

| 11 | 06 > SO HERE IT IS

Yes, it is that day. That day you look at the calendar and are instantly taken back to where you were on this day five years ago. It is also the day that you end up thinking about how everything has changed since then. There will be no going back for any of us who lived through the horrible events of that day. It sucks, and this is about all I'm going to say about it.

Let's face it. Anybody and everyone else out there with a regularly updated website has posted their thoughts and memories of that day. What the heck can I add to all of this? Not much that hasn't been said before, or on the news programs this weekend, or in the upcoming election campaigns. The topic is pretty well covered. This isn't classic American-brand apathy, disrespect for all those that died that day or some endorsement of blocking it from our memories because it is painful, it is just what I've come to realize every year since that day. We should take the time to think about it privately. That is what I'm doing.

Besides, people don't come to this website for deep philosophical insights or political analysis, they come for the sweet, sweet artwork. Well, that is what I tell myself, and it is that that keeps me updating this site every week. Let's get on with it.

First off, as usual, we have my 4x6x365 '06 project, which keeps on truckin' on and on. Help yourself to a review of this week's daily drawings starting here.

Next, you should definitely take a look at the Picture of The Week and the Link of The Week. Well, that is what I think. I could be wrong.

Also, for all of those of you that are new to Nerfect, please feel free to check out the many other features on this site. There is literally hours of exploring for the new visitor to this website.

Finally, I've gotten the word, and the newest batch of Nerfect stickers is on its way to our headquarters, so if you're a fan of my stickers, make sure to check out this site next week. Until then, take care.

| 04 | 06 > UPDATES OF THE SITE UNITE!

For all you workers in the United States, I hope you are having a pleasant Labor Day. Hopefully you have the day off, if not, our hearts and support go out to you working sisters and brothers. Myself. I've been having a nice extended weekend off, and have been trying to balance the things I've needed to get done with a certain amount of relaxing and leisure. Those of you out there who know me personally, know how difficult the later half is for me sometimes.

Speaking of work, I've once again managed to update my 4x6x365 '06 project. The batch might be a tad slimmer this week because of the later than usual update last time, but it is still a good lot. Don't believe me? Pease review the freshest drawings right here.

I've also updated the Picture of The Week and the Link of The Week , so please check them out and enjoy. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a lot of not work to do. Good day.
