09 | 24 | 08 > MY HOBO MONIKER WOULD BE "WEDNESDAY O. UPDATE"

Howdy ladies and gents and welcome to the latest round of weekly updates to this lumbering beast known as Nerfect.com. It is a true pleasure to have you all here again, eager to see what I, Mr. Walters, have placed on this website for your amusement.

We start, as usual, with my 4x6x366 '08 project. Every day I sit down and create an intimate artwork measure no less and no more than four by six inches. That is twenty-four square inches of Nerfection per piece, and so far this year I have scrawled out two hundred and sixty-seven drawings.

Every week, I posted the latest set of drawings for all to enjoy. If you'd like to see the latest group, click here to see drawing number one of this new batch.

I've also posted a new Picture of The Week in which I share some of my latest, personal photographs. I take shots of all manner of things and enjoy sharing them with you every week.

In the rare occasions lately in that I get to goof off online for recreation and enjoyment, I routinely come across or are shown various odd and interesting sites that I like to show off in our feature, Link of The Week. I know sending people away from this site is a bit of an odd business model, but there are just some things you can't keep to yourself.

09 | 17 | 08 > WAIT! I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE UPDATING.

As I was about to wrap this week's updating and write a little something here to tell you all about my updating actions, but then I got distracted. I ended up checking out a couple other sites and watching some videos, then I remembered that I was supposed to be writing this. I am so easily distracted these days as I'm pretty wiped out.

I've been pretty busy in my life and if there are those of you out there that haven't gotten responses to your e-mails or if I owe you artwork, please accept my apology now. I'm sorry, and I'll be dropping you all mad lines soon. My free time has not been my own and I've been really beating myself trying to keep up with things.

Anyway, enough of that, let's talk about updates. First off, we have the latest additions to my 4x6x366 '08 series. You can scan the latest assortment of daily scrawlings starting with this treat right here.

I've also updated the Picture of The Week and Link of The Week in order to bring you the maximum amount of joy and happiness into your life. Yes, I'm good like that.

09 | 10 | 08 > THE UPDATES OF NERFECT: A MR. WALTERS PRODUCTION

Today at my day job, I got to put both a picture of a Tyrannosaurus Rex and Evel Knieval into a presentation board. It was a real first for me, and if I had been able to squeeze in a chimpanzee on a surfboard playing a guitar I might have reached Nirvana.

Enough about the hustle, let's get onto the updates!

Since aught five, I've been crafting a new drawing everyday and posting the results weekly on this very website. The latest round of the project goes by the street name of 4x6x366 '08, and you can observe the latest pieces starting with the first of the new group.

Also, the Picture of The Week and Link of The Week have been updated, so please go check it all out when you have a chance.

09 | 03 | 08 > I'M REALLY TIRED OF FAILING LATELY

Have you ever had one of those nights where you have a small list of "easy" things to do, but when it comes time to get things done, nothing goes right? Well, that has been the case this night that I write this. It has been very frustrating, and that sense of accomplishment I was expecting to feel tonight before crawling into bed, well, it has made an appearance yet.

Between computer crashes, cabinet doors falling off, dog vomit on the new pillows, a laundry room full of paint cans and unwashed blankets, and piles of stuff that still hasn't been put away yet, I just can't seem to tackle any of the night's scheduled tasks with any real competence. I feel like I should follow the dog's example and throw up a bit.

I guess the point is, let's move onto the updates. Hopefully nothing is afoul with them. Granted I can't get my web-authoring software to actually stay open for any real amount of time, so please keep your fingers crossed.
