04 | 17 | 13 > HEADLINES DON'T GROW ON TREES YOU KNOW

It has been a difficult past few weeks. Not only have I taken on quite a hefty workload preparing for shows, but also, our eldest dog had to be put to sleep. Honestly, I'm pretty wiped out from working long hours, and the emotional impact of losing our friend and a big part of our lives for close to sixteen years, but the show has to go on. I felt it was important to get things updated here before getting back to my monster to-do list.

Changing subjects, I want to thank everyone who was able to make it out to the opening of my latest exhibition at Inkling in Chicago, The Dog Show. If you like portraits of dogs, you need to head over to Inkling soon. The show is up until the end of April and the pieces are quite reasonably priced.

I know this is short notice, but I will be drawing live at Replica Chicago THIS Saturday from noon until seven, and I'm inviting you to come doodle with me. My birthday is next week and I wanted to do something fun for it, and seeing as I love to draw, I thought a drawing party would be good. All ages and skill levels are welcome, so if you're free swing on by.

Coming up April 26-28, we'll be at C2E2 vending a variety of artistic novelties. I have a sampling of new t-shirt designs and new stuffed toys that will be making their debut at this show. If you're going to C2E2, make sure to drop by booth 1056 in The Block, and feel the Nerfectness.

Moving along, I've gotten the 4x6x365/13 drawing postings up to date and ready for your enjoyment. Come see the newest additions, starting with this one here.

I have also posted a new Picture of The Week. Don't forget to check out the previous pictures, as I have accounted for the lost weeks.

Well, that is it for now. Thanks for dropping by.
