Out of the harmful rays of the sun, in my garage, I add the final line work to the horse (who I have come to call "Ernest" over the last few days.) Details are enhanced and finalized in this stage, and I also use the time to touch up the odd goof up here and there with what remains of the paint.
With Mrs. Walters ' help, I bring the carousel horse back onto the patio for a final time to shoot the following picture. My wife was a great help and support to me during the process and helped out with the painting. I couldn 't have done any of this without her. I also made her tell me that it was done, so I could stop working on it. Yes, I 'm a bit odd that way.
Now, Here are some shots of the completed horse, which I titled "Ex Cearulo." The only thing that isn 't shown is the pole, which was also painted, but not photographed here. I will shoot more pictures when the horse is all together and installed on the street in the near future.
