Comments: This is one of two paintings I finished for my friend. Her late grandmother had started the painting, but hadn't finished it. My friend brought me the piece to finish. In this painting the mountains, sky and chalet had already been painted. I added the ground, a pine tree and the principal characters. Look how proud the ape king of his new chalet. If only he knew what was going on behind him.
Status: Returned to my friend in Chicago, Illinois.
